help with nav bar and banner!!!

Hello. i am new at coding and found this template that i modified.

i cannot get the menu bar to look okay on the middle sizes...ipad sizes. two of the items go below. the banner also does not show up fully on different sizes.....wondering if anyone can help. thank you for any advice you can give.
