css + help with problem + layout + margin

Hi! I’m new in css and i’m building now my first website. I want to center the menu and footer bar? Not only the text, but the whole nav bar. And how to adjust the alignment of footer bar, I mean how to move in slightly top of the bottom of the page? Pls help me. Thank you!

Hi, everyone! I am designing a website in WordPress with the Thematic framework. I am having an issue that has not occurred before when using this theme for other sites that I created. The div does not center. If I use margin:auto, it moves away from the left but also adds space to the right side, which makes the web page WIDER. This is obviously not the look that I am going for. If I don't use margin: auto it is left justified. I did the code validation and worked through it. Nothing really jumped out as the reason. I used Firebug and nothing works.

I am using WordPress.org ver. 3.3... The theme is twenty eleven. My site is . I found the code to change the page entry title color, but in doing so, I created a large space between the header and the first information on every page. I do not have any blog pages. All are static pages. I do not remember where I changed the color. But I want to remove the page entry title totally. I would really appreciate any help on where I need to go to fix this problem.

I work for this big company and have been tasked to create a content slider. I have all this wonderful code and my problem I can't figure out where the code goes!
