My design view in Dreamweaver shows me a different image that the preview in a web browser

I'm new in web design. I started learning online to create my wife's website.

I'm using Fireworks to create the background/buttons/banners and Dreamweaver CS4.

I'm struggling with something in dreamweaver.

My layout looks perfect when I'm working on it, however, when I preview in a web browser or in the live view mode, it shows me something different.

Is there a way to center these divs that are floated left?

The page is at http://www.oahure.com/test5.php. I want the photos to be centered.

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<style type="text/css">
.gallery {

Centre vertically and horizontally

I was wondering how I could vertically and horizontally center #slideshow div img within #slideshow

#slideshow {
	height: 290px;
	width: 219px;
	float: right;
	background-color: #252525;
#slideshow div img {
	width: 172px;

Any help will be great, thanks

Center a div inside another div

Well, right to the point, I've tried to center a div inside another div. I don't have the code with me now, but I'll try to make it as clear as possible.
I have a header, something like this:

#header {
  position: absolute;
  display: block;
  top: 10px;
  height: 30px;
  width: 800px;
  left: 50%;
  margin-left: -400px;

It works fine. Now I just want to add buttons to this block, something like:

.button {
  top: 5px;
  height: 20px;
  width: 40px;
  anything else that helps me centering it;

Then I can do:
