Yes, one from me Laughing out loud

Just downloaded the beta of 1.5 and I am impressed.

Although hardly any of my extensions work (the ones that do are Adblock, Gmail notifier and Operaview), and no themes work, I am impressed with it.

Seems to load up a lot faster, and the going backwards with the back button is instantaneous Laughing out loud

I haven't d/led and tested but complex extensions like web developer would be at high risk, I expect.

If someone has gotten our favourite extensions to work, please post.

Firefox 1.5 beta

Hm, sounds like one good reason not to install a beta version then. Why not just wait for it to be stabalised as full version ?

Firefox 1.5 beta

Fair dues, ahead of the game with an unstable browser Laughing out loud no I'm sure it's pretty much stable but I will wait for the full release, do hope it's faster on an XP system though.

Firefox 1.5 beta

It's blindingly fast, as pipelining and caching are enabled by default.

So far, the browser itself has not crashed/done anything crazy.

I just wish my extensions worked!

Firefox 1.5 beta

Ha! What do you need extensions for? You've got a doctype. Tongue

cheers,

If your web page is as clever as you can make it, it's probably too clever for you to debug or maintain.
