i have some problem to validate the 'contact'-site , the validator dont like my "button=yes" in the submit button...this is for checking, if button were pressed...any hints for that ?

I think it's probably because the URL to the form has & in front of button would it should &.
As for your site - I think your links are too hard to read. Even with the white glow, the black text is too dark against the background.

I know, but our the chef-redactor wanted a graphic menu...and a graphic top...he say its more beatiful, the graphical way

You can still have graphics - just lighten the text in the graphics.

add a footer
I'm a newbie, so I may not know what I'm talking about...
Add a footer, the pages seem unfinished to me without something along the bottom (maybe a copyright notice, or just a bar of color).
Otherwise, the site looks great... good work.

I think this is a good point. Adding another level of navigation might be something to consider.
