Hey,

Does anyone know where old versions of browsers can be picked up?

Specifically I'm after Opera 6.x (as I've heard it's quite different to Op7).

Cheers

Old versions of browsers?

Find someone who keeps their old computer magazine disks and CDs Smile

Failing that, this site... http://browsers.evolt.org/ ...has a large archive of old browser versions.

Old versions of browsers?

Thanks Sven, that's just what I need!

My old CDs date back to IE3/4, NN4, but since then I haven't bought many magazines, there's a large gap in the middle...

Old versions of browsers?

The biggest pain with old browsers is IE - I'm yet to find an effective way (short of running a separate machine or OS install) of testing in multiple versions of it...

Virtual PC (or HyperOS) might help. I just put old pooters into action though!
