You know how MS has been releasing it's OS in lot of languages such as Welsh etc - well this is the Geordie Version:

not seen that before HB. we had a right old laugh. I think my fav is "alreet" instead of OK, and "porn" for IE Smile

MS new language version

They're from Newcastle and the surrounding areas of North East England.

They have a very strong, distinct accent that can be very hard to understand if you're not used to it.

I live in a city named New Castle, many here also have a strange accent that makes no sense to anyone else in the world. It's called Pittsburghese: http://www.pittsburghese.com/translator.shtml

Over there = ovadare
you = yinze
your (usually plural but not necessarily) = yinzes
you can/you may = yinza
are you? = yinza
