Tony - 'view your posts' shows the most recent 50 posts, taking excessive bandwidth and time to display. I would think that most people are unlikely to need more than 10 to view (or 20 at a push) most of the time and if not, they can always click to see the next page. So, in the interests of your own resources as well as our time during refresh, how about hacking the forum again?
The same goes for the number of topics shown within each forum/section, which can be halved in my opinion.
