I Have a table that encaptulates my whole content and I have placed a border around it using this:

#layout{
/*border = 1px dotted silver;*/

border-top = 1px dotted silver;
border-right = 1px dotted silver;
border-bottom = 1px dotted silver;
border-left = 1px dotted silver;
}

(tried both one-line and 4-line declaration)

The table is defined like this: <TABLE id="layout" align="center"> ...

This shows up nicely in IE, but no line i visible i FireFox, anyone tried this too?
