I an new to CSS and have on Mac, been told that our site does not work under Opera and IE under Mac.
Please have a look and let me know of any input on how to fix this.

It would help if you described the problem. How can for example a windows user figure out what's wrong?

Opera under Windows place the link bar on left instead of right,, which screws up the content.
IE under Mac spreads the link bar over the whole page thus hiding the content underneath.

The only difference I see from Opera 7.23 and IE 6, is that "current activities" is positioned some px lower in Opera (and Mozilla).
Have you tried with another DOCTYPE?
