Hi,

I am using a database to serve up a couple of entries on a web page. I am formatting those entries with CSS, and trying top get them to follow one another down the page.

Right now, with a DIV postion:relative wrapping each item, the second starts right after the first starts, and they overlap.

How do I get them to follow each other (how do i get the second one to start after the first one ends, not after the first one starts)?

See the page:

Thanks for any assistance!

Danny.

Problems with two successive DIVs overlapping

Hi Danny,
I'm not really sure what you are trying to do.

Do you want the t-shirt image straight under the box image describing it ?

If so you will need to reorganize your table structure as the images are in different table cells.

Problems with two successive DIVs overlapping

Hi Tony.

Very sorry. I gave up on my CSS problems a while ago. What took me four days of puzzling to give up on with CSS, took me ten minutes to do with tables in HTML. Not a good plug for CSS. Some day I'll post what I was trying to do as a challenge to the no-tables-purists out there.

What you see now at the address I mentioned uses tables, and does what I want it to.

Thanks for responding!

Danny
