oh wait. oops. refreshed. got that pic. thanks. i was unaware. it's supposed to be a transparent flash window. what browser are you using? any ideas? thanks for the info!

I'm pretty sure the <param name="wmode" value="transparent" />
needs the wmode="transparent" in the embed tag but the embed tag is deprecated.
Was the flash movie saved with a transparent background originally? *edit* I just checked and the flash does not have a transparent background.
Also, try this for rounded borders: http://www.vertexwerks.com/tests/sidebox/ (this will grow out of the way of any corners and edges).

the attachment above is the way it looks in Opera7.54 - pointy bottom corners and content missing in center and right sections - looks all there in my IE6
