I would like to be able to change the default spacing of all the options in a Select List, so that the lines appear 1.5 or double spaced.

line-height on the Select tag does not apppear to achieve this. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Unfortunately, I've had no luck changing the appearance of the drop down list in terms of spacing (WinXP, IE6), through CSS or anything else.

You could of course space the entries out with blanks, but that might cause more problems than it solves.

Hey, why not just rewrite the drop-down list functionality using DHTML and elements that are CSS-friendly Smile
