AD: Help Wanted

I started a css page that needs some work. The basic structure has been laid out using 3 columns. It kinda happened by mistake that it seems to be fluid. I have not seen this layout used before and maybe for a good reason.

I am looking for someone to complete the site addressing the following issues, (btw) the css is a mess.

1. Page design - needs to closely resemble a newspaper
(I will provide copy, artwork and some direction.)

2. Creative buttons and links

3. Cross browser compatibility or as good as we can get.

4. Online purchase form for 3 styles of the same product.

5. Catagorized subscribers database and commerce functionality

(php, mySQL, CSS, HTML)
