Hello,

The drop downs on this page work with all the main browsers *except* Opera 7.5, where the page content below the menu pokes through the menu and the result is pure ugliness:

http://www.digipede.net/company/

The menu's css:

http://www.digipede.net/_includes/navigation.css

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Tim

CSS drop-down menu bug in Opera 7.5 - help!

Hi Timware

I have tested your model in IE, FF and Op, but I can't say it works a 100% seamless in any of those browsers, appearing slow-ish and disjoint. I haven't looked into the code in a great detail and therefore haven't located the source of the problem. If you have no qualms about starting over, you may want to have a look at www.dynamicdrive.com or http://css.maxdesign.com.au/index.htm for tried and tested cross-browser examples.

Best wishes

Tech

CSS drop-down menu bug in Opera 7.5 - help!

I implore you to check out this tutorial:

http://brainjar.com/dhtml/menubar/

It works in modern Opera as well and could be easily modified to what you're looking for.
