I'm facing a problem with IE 5.0 and I actually don't know how to fix this problem. The website should look like this, but a screenshot of the website in IE 5.0 looks like this.

The XHTML-code:
<div class="logo"> <img src="http://dynamik.nl/oerhollands/skins/base/img/logo.gif" width="252" height="105" alt="Oerhollands" />

The CSS-code:

.logo {
position: 				absolute;
background-image:		url(img/boven.gif);
height:					187px;
width:					730px;
left:					50%;
margin-left:			-365px;
background-color: 		#CEDF8C;
}

Can somebody please help me?

problem with IE 5.0 on Win2K

I found the following errors on your page: http://dynamik.nl/oerhollands/

Line 61: The end tag for "font" was found, but "font" was never opened, has been ended too many times, or cannot have an end tag.

Line70: The "id" or "name" attribute value "center" has already been used in this document. A tag's "id" or "name" value ("name" only for certain elements such as "a") must be unique within the document. A tag cannot have an "id" or, with certain elements, a "name" attribute value that has already been used. Note that the "id" values are not case sensitive (except when used to link to an anchor) and that "id" and some "name" attribute values share the same namespace.

Line 249: The "taregt" attribute is not valid for the "a" element. The valid attributes for this element are: "accesskey", "charset", "class", "contenteditable", "coords", "datafld", "datasrc", "dir", "hidefocus", "href", "hreflang", "id", "lang", "language", "methods", "name", "onbeforecopy", "onbeforecut", "onbeforepaste", "onblur", "onclick", "oncontextmenu", "oncopy", "oncut", "ondblclick", "ondragstart", "onfilterchange", "onfocus", "onhelp", "onkeydown", "onkeypress", "onkeyup", "onmousedown", "onmouseenter", "onmouseleave", "onmousemove", "onmouseout", "onmouseover", "onmouseup", "onmousewheel", "onpaste", "onselectstart", "rel", "rev", "selected", "shape", "style", "tabindex", "target", "title", "type", "unselectable", "urn", "xml:lang", and "xml:space".

Line 537: The "a" tag should be closed by using an end tag (like </a>). It should not be closed by adding a slash to the end of the tag (<a ... /> is not recommended). Note that this may be technically valid according to XML parsers and validators but it may not be technically valid according to the XHTML specification because all elements that are not declared as EMPTY must have an end tag. In any case, it is highly recommended that you use an end tag for backward compatibility. Even newer browser such as Internet Explorer 6.0 may have problems displaying your page correctly if you do not use a separate end tag.

Line 537: The end tag for "a" was found, but "a" was never opened, has been ended too many times, or cannot have an end tag.

Line 685: The end tag for "div" was found, but "div" was never opened, has been ended too many times, or cannot have an end tag.

I hope this info helps.
