Any help here would be hot!
I'm building a website right now and i'm using frames. I'm placing the content on a table in the main frame. And i'm using a photograph as the page's background.

Well, here's the problem: I need the content table's background (a solid color) to be semi-transparent, but when I set the Filter Alpha to the table, the text gets semi-transparent too.

... and now, is there any way to make ONLY the background color semi-transparent? 'Cause the semi-transparent text is difficult to read...

Thanx to whoever may help me!!

TD Semi-transparent Background with Non-Transparent Text

Hi Lord of Chaos,
Have you tried setting the filter on the table and filter none on the td.

Hope that helps

That's a good idea

Thanx for your answer Tony...

I used another solution for the problem. It's a little more.... ummm.... funny. I used the property z-index in both tables, and now I have a semi-transparent table behind a non-transparent table, but your solution seems more useful, so I'll try it...

Thanx again!
