Hi all,

Please forgive me. I am just am beginner. What I want to do relates to absolute positioning. Look at this link: http://www.geocities.com/cyberartmaster/question.htm What I would like to do is put pictures in with my headers. I would like to position the picitues with the headers so that I can overlap them as the text does in my example. I would like to know what code I need so that I can substitute a header for a picture. Thank you everyone. I appreciate your help!

Doug

absolute positioning question

Take a look at http://www.echoecho.com/csslayers.htm or do your own search with terms like: absolute relative positioning css tutorial. Read up on that so you have some idea of the concepts and terminology. I have a site template at http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/d.elliott/chair that uses positioning in the header and I did the CSS for http://www.practicalairsoft.co.uk/ (The end of the tracer on the right is no longer positioned right - but that is the fault of the site owner fiddling with the code  ).

These should give you some idea of the effects you can create.
