www.bodygain.com/newmainpage.gif is the layout i'm trying to structure in CSS.

This is my first attempt at doing this, it's no where near complete but I'd like to know if I have the right idea - It appears as though I might have too many #divs and could be reduced, but I'm not sure.

Thanks!

Hi dreamache,
It's good that you are thinking of the number of divs as many of us get hung up on putting everything in a div.
At the moment you have a few divs that are empty which I assume will soon have content.
The number of div's on the page is not excessive.
One thing to keep in mind is that some elements already have a container that can make using a div obsolete.
For example you may be able to just use the UL of the menu for structure instead of wrapping that in a div.

Hope that helps

Looking very tasty mate!

I don't like the tick box for 'remember me' - you could easily change this with CSS to resemble the input boxes above, and it would look much better.

Also, the images at the top - are they rollovers? In the gif, they are grey, but in the site, yellow. They should be grey, but on rollover be yellow.

Other than that, looking good!
