Hello,

I've been going through your forums and i haven't seen anything similar to the problem i am having right now, or so that is what i think. I'm still new with CSS. I have a problem with regard to fixed positioning specifically for a background image set with repeat-y. What i am trying to do is set the background for the shadows on the left and right side of the #wrapper div to fixed position so that it would not scroll down together with the contents. Here's what i have observed and experimented on, initially i set the background-image of #all div tag to background: url() repeat-y fixed. This is what i used with other div tags on my markup and they worked just fine except for this.

To find out if indeed it works, i replaced the code with no-repeatand it becomes fix meaning it does not scroll down with the contents. Below is the markup and subsequent is the CSS where i highlighted where im having a bit of a problem on #all and #wrapper ids ( i think its a problem with height or similar) . Thank you for the help
