I normally do my drop down menus in flash. But I am working on a site for a church. And a lot of thier users have older computers, so I figured CSS would be the better way to go.
I am not all that great w/CSS, but i found a great website helping me figure out the steps:

But I want the back drop of the bar to look a specific way.
Here is an older sample of the site I am working on (w/a flash nav bar, minus the drop downs at the moment):

The nav bar needs to look like that, but have drop downs on some of the rollovers. I have tried to make the background pic go in w/CSS, bu tit doesn't show.
Any help on the proper way to code that?
