drop down menu working fine in IE7+ and firefox; In IE6 main page only strange

Hi I have a strange issue, my site http://g3itcon.com is working fine with IE7+, firefox. In IE 6 the drop down is working on the front page but not working on any other page. I am using drupal at the backend.
