OK I'm having a problem now with IE and OPERA. In IE my footer apeers to be behind my content, and scrolling what little piece you can see. It's not showing at the bottom. In opera I get roughly 10px of color under my footer.

Hmm.. you're page is looking

Hmm.. you're page is looking the same to me in FF and IE7 (aside from some minor margin/padding differences around some text). Your footer image looks like you should have a white background to the page though, because of the white on the edges. Other than that though, I don't see it going behind your content at all.

Do you have a screenshot of what's happening by chance?
