Deki Wiki is a collaboration web application, but can be used as a CMS of sorts.
I have found that it skins very easily. There are a couple guides on skinning right on the MindTouch website, but to be honest, you can just look at the skins that come with the default install and work out what is going on.
The other nice thing is Deki Wiki spits out pretty web standard code.
I have done a few skins of my own of which you can view and play with.

I posted this mostly because
I posted this mostly because I have had a fun time with the skinning of this CMS/Wiki, and I thought it might be a help to someone in the future. It seemed like a good spot to put it being it is skinning of a CMS like product.
If it's something that is out of place I apologize and understand if you delete it.
I don't want to cause any trouble.
