I can't figure out this IE 6 bug for the life of me. If you look at this page,
http://www.bgcreativeservices.com/clients/diamondstateventures/investments.html,
and click "portfolio companies", IE6 shows a single pixel line just above the links which are in the pop-up Div.

I eliminated line-breaks in the HTML and even resorted to dropping in a classic 1px transparent gif. Can't beat it. This box is toggled with javascript.

CSS:

#subNavListBox {width:231px; display: none;position:absolute;z-index:100;top: 40px;left: 418px;}
.subNavListBox1, .subNavListBox2 {width:231px; height:6px; display:block; background-color:#d1c9c1;}
.subNavListBox1 {background:url(../images/dsv_subNavListBox-1.gif) no-repeat;}
.subNavListBox2 {background:url(../images/dsv_subNavListBox-2.gif) no-repeat;}
.subNavListBoxLinks {background:url(../images/dsv_subNavListBox-3.gif) repeat-y;}
#subNavListBox a {display:block;position:relative;left:1px;padding:1px 8px;color:#603913;width:213px;}
#subNavListBox a:hover {background-color:#a1a1a1;color:#fff;}
/* Hide PortCo Menu */ .portCoWrapper {display:none;}

HTML:
<div id="subNavListBox"><div class="subNavListBox1"><img src="resources/images/dsv_trans-gif.gif" width="1" height="1" /></div><div class="subNavListBoxLinks"><a href="portCo1.html">Mercari Technologies</a></div><div class="subNavListBox2"><img src="resources/images/dsv_trans-gif.gif" width="1" height="1" /></div></div>

CSS is reliant on valid HTML
