Hi- are there any hints anyone can share about how to make Netscape 7.1 display padding properly? It looks fine in IE but won't pad at all in Netscape...help!

What's the deal with Netscape and padding?
NS 7.1 should be okay, it's a fairly decent version of Mozilla. Have you tried a recent version of Firefox/Mozilla?
If it is the same in these, then I'd suggest that the code is at fault, not the browser (since Mozilla/Firefox are supremely more standards compliant than Explorer).
