...you didn't have to worry about the order of your elements in your HTML. Obviously with CSSP you can place any element anywhere, but if you want to use standard flow for a more liquid layout then you're stuck with the order that you've specified your elements in.

Is there an upcoming enhancement (CSS3?) that contains a property similar to tabindex, only this would be called showindex or something like that?

After all, you could argue that the order that elements are shown is presentational, and shouldn't be "controlled" by the HTML.
