ok i got this problem
its about this site: http://berty.110mb.com/ikbv2/index.html
it got this layout:
when i watch it at 1024x768 it shows this
while it should show this:
i tried a few methods, like frames, it works with frames like i want, but i don't want to use frames
principals 
the problem is when i watch my site at 1024x768 it doesn't keep the site centered
course it takes in account the fading bg
i need to find a way to make sure the bg doesn't affect the centering of the site and doesn't trigger the horizontal scrollbar
any ideas?
