i didn't try anything

i didn't try anything because i don't understand. Just want to make "up side"(black) narrower. i don't know anything about css. i just wonder that anyone tells change any value.

Do you mean you are using that design but the black bit at the top is too big, and you want to reduce the height of the area?

If you have a car and have to go to a place in your city that you have never been to, do you ask your friend to drive you there?

There are a lot of tutorials on the internet for free. If you don't know anything about css it is about time to read up on it, and not just going to forums and expect people doing it for you.

The basic css is pretty much self-explanatory, height defines the height, width defines the width.
