Hi -
This is a two-column layout with the left column static that I just basically copied off of glish.com and messed around with. There's a fixed-width navigation bar in here about 700 px and the left column width is set to 45%. It looks okay at very high resolution and on an 800x600 screen, and in all IE, but in Mozilla the left column comes out smaller than the navbar, which is now overflowing into the right-hand column. Can anybody help me fix the column in Mozilla so it would accommodate the navbar, or tell me why this is happening? Obviously I don't really know what I''m doing.

body {
margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;
background:#d3d3d3;

}

#leftcontent {
float:left;
width:45%;

background:#ffffff;
border-right:2px solid #000;
border-bottom:2px solid #000;
margin-right:15px;
padding-bottom:20px;
}

#rightcontent {
background:#778899;}

p,h1,pre {
margin:0px 30px 10px 30px;
}

h1 {
font-size:14px;
padding-top:10px;
}

#rightcontent p {
font-size:10px;
margin-left:0px;
background: #d3d3d3

Here's a link with one of the pages on it;

Thanks very much!

left column looks wrong in mozilla

i would set the width of the left column to a pixel size that accomodates the menu (say 705/710?), as opposed to making it a percentage width of the browser window like you have it now.
