On my site (http://www.nicoleswan.com), I'm using a 3 column CSS layout (modified from glish.com). All the column divs float left within a frame div. However, the far right column does not show up in the correct location on my index page. It shows up instead at the bottom and to the left of the center column. It shows up in the correct location in Mozilla, but not in IE 6. I have printed out the source of the page and went through the HTML by hand trying to find an unended tag or something similar.

What's even stranger is that I have another page (http://www.nicoleswan.com/topfive) within my site that uses the same layout but renders correctly in IE. It was suggested in another forum that I try floating the righthand column to the right. That did not work either. The righthand column then appeared on the bottom and to the right of the center column.

Does anyone have any ideas or see something that I missed? Is there a workaround?

width

Hi Nicole,
Have you tried adjusting the width of the div called frame.
At the moment if you add the widths of the divs inside it and the borders you don't have any space left over.

Give #frame {width: 770px;} a try and see how you go.

Browser Blues

Tony, you are my hero! I had readded the content widths many times to make sure they'd fit in the frame, but I failed to include borders in that count. You've made my day--thanks!
