Hey guys,
I'm pretty sure that this is just a simple snafu and I am not seeing it. When I Load up the site in FF my hr lines in the left hand column are lining up on the left instead of centering properly. It works fine in the right hand column. They also work fine in both columns when rendered in IE. If someone could take a look and tell me what is causing it I would greatly appreciate it. I have been trying to fix it to no avail. Thanks for taking the time to read this and for any input you may have.

The horizontal market
The human resources market is the one of the fastest growing markets in the self-service industry and is the only true horizontal application segmenting every vertical market. After all, all companies have employees, some more than others, but all of them have them one thing in common, they must mange their employees and the rising costs associated with each one employee and their benefits.
A natural path for human resource applications is toward personal, self-service management, whereby each employee is empowered to make and submit decisions about their healthcare coverage, 401(k) plan, or time and attendance schedule online via the company’s intranet. This eliminates the inefficient and costly one-on-one interaction with HR/supervisory staff.
Most commercial HR software vendors have web-based applications that target this need. An intranet solution, however, is only useful to those staff that has access to the intranet. For example, many industrial and healthcare organizations have staff with no permanent work location and no access to the intranet, leaving
them to perform HR functions with paper in long hand.
The obvious solution is to provide a self-service computer based kiosk in a convenient location, such as a cafeteria or break room that enables direct access to the HR applications on the intranet.
