Please can someone help me. I am currently designing a site using div layers. I have been told that you can manage what loads 1st by using div layers eg. I would like my content to load before the images. This is the code I have been working on

<head>
<title>Design .1.</title>
<style type='text/css'>
.elevenvedana {font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:11px; font-weight:bold; color:#FFFFFF;}
.form {background-color:#FAFAFA; font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:11px; color:#000000; border:1px; border-style: solid #B9B9B9;}
</style>
</head>

<body leftmargin="0" background="images/back_trans.gif" topmargin="0" rightmargin="0" bottommargin="0">
<!-- Flash Movie -->
<div align="center" style="position:absolute; top:0px; min-width:744px; left:0px; width:100%; height:110px;"><img src="images/flash_left.gif" width="15" height="110"><object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,29,0" width="720" height="110"><param name="movie" value="images/flash/banner2.swf"><param name="quality" value="high"><embed src="images/flash/banner2.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="720" height="110"></embed></object><img src="images/flash_right.gif" width="12" height="110"></div>
<!-- strap line -->
<div align="center" style="position:absolute; top:110px; min-width:744px; left:0px; width:100%; height:42px;"><img src="images/strapline.gif" width="744" height="42"></div>
<!-- Trans Gif -->
<div align="center" style="position:absolute; top:152px; min-width:744px; left:0px; width:100%; height:8px;">
<div align="center" style="background-color:#F6F6F6; width:744px; height:8px;"><img src="images/trans.gif" width="744" height="8"></div>
</div>
<!-- Booking a Boardroom -->
<div align="center" style="position:absolute; top:160px; min-width:744px; left:0px; width:100%; height:25px;">
<div align="center" style="background-color:#F6F6F6; width:744px;">
<table width="707px" bgcolor="#800024" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0">
<form action="" method="post"><tr>
<td><img src="images/boardroom_left.gif" width="7" height="25"></td>
<td width="623" class="elevenvedana">BOOK A BOARDROOM &nbsp;<input name="yourname" type="text" value="Your name" style="width:117px;" class="form" maxlength="100">&nbsp;<input name="boardroom" type="text" value="Boardroom" style="width:117px;" class="form" maxlength="100">&nbsp;<input name="time" type="text" value="Time" style="width:117px;" class="form" maxlength="100">&nbsp;<input name="date" type="text" value="Date" style="width:117px;" class="form" maxlength="100"></td>
<td><input name="go" type="image" value="go" src="images/boardroom_right.gif"></td>
</tr>
</form>
</table>
</div>
</div>
<!-- Trans gif -->
<div align="center" style="position:absolute; top:185px; min-width:744px; left:0px; width:100%; height:14px;">
<div align="center" style="background-color:#F6F6F6; width:744px; height:14px;"><img src="images/trans.gif" width="744" height="8"></div>
</div>
</html>

See I know how to do this but the problem I am facing is that the site has been designed centered, and this is the only way I found I could get the site centered. By using strips of div layers and giving them a width of 100% and align:center.

But when it come to me adding the content i will have to add it into one main div layer. This then defeats the point of me using div layers.

I hope I have made sense.
All I really need is to find out a way to align a site designed in div layers centered.
