Yeah, that's a bit "uber-dork", eh?
Not sure where Eric's from...

Really? I thought it was the sign heavy metal fans make cos it's like the horns of the devil, so in this case, it's kinda like "rock on" (still pretty dorky though).

I can't believe I've got to spell this out [cringes] ...it also means: one in the pink and one in the stink. Hopefully that will not be understood by those likely to be offended but I'll remove the post if anyone objects [cringes again].
Never heard that before.
Never heard that before. It definitely means what I said above though.
From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hand_gesture#Horns
Many neopagans use it as a symbol of the horned god ... It is also a representation of the Devil by some Satanists.... Perhaps because of its occult significance, it is used as a salute by fans of heavy metal music. This use may have originated with Ronnie James Dio or Kiss.
Although it seems you're right too:
It has a variety of other meanings as well, depending on culture and area. In some places, it is a sexual insult, charging a man with being a victim of cuckoldry (this insult is most common in Italy and is also used in Portugal and Brazil).

I first found out about its meaning whilst watching TV. An interviewer asked an American rap artist why so many rappers made that symbol, and he replied as bold as brass as I said above. So you can blame TV

Well that's not so minor!! What browser do you get that in then?
And I love the screen dump you took, showing the excellent job done of cutting matey out for his jumpey animation. It looks like he has a claw! Clearly their Adobe skills don't extend from Dreamweaver to... say... PhotoShop!

I say that if it makes dreamweaver one notch better then...

I would like to see if it turns out anything decent though.
A lot of people will use
A lot of people will use this muck, as it's one less skill they'll have to learn allowing them to believe they have a tool that does the job along with their auto creating web page editor, JS libraries with copy and paste plugins, professional web development sure is a simple thing nowadays.
50px auto 0 auto
So it has to fill in unnecessary values.
