A) Invalid Code
B) The header is too busy, looks like a big mush to me, too many stars, swirls, lightening, font faces... etc
C) I would expect the image in the lower right corner, when clicked on, to take me somewhere or at least make the image bigger
D) Kind of weird that the only way back to the home page is through the breadcrumb
E) Drop down breaks in IE6 once you click on a link it doesn't drop back down, have to go back to the home page for the drop down to work again.
F) Also, the navigation is unreadable for the page you are on in Firefox the letters are blue, in IE6 they are white.
Thanks...I do have a few ie6
Thanks...I do have a few ie6 hacks that I have to implement for the menu. I wasn't really sure about the header, being that I'm not really a graphics designer just a wanna be.

I have made some adjustments and looking for critiques.
Thanks

chop the header in half
The header is a static picture and takes 1/2 of my browser real estate. Chop it to 50% height so you can put some interesting and frequently changing stuff 'above the fold'.
Text bottom right is black on a dark blue background; very hard to read.
"Gym Information" does not contain information about gyms but does have about and contact info. Not what I would expect from the title of the menu. Is there a difference between Calendar and Events?
Doesn't squish well and yet, with the exception of the decorative header and footer, everything else looks very squishable. Try running with your browser sized at 640 wide, you'll see what I mean.
I came up 2 text sizes (Firefox ctl+ twice) and it was not nice. Text leaking out the bottom of the boxes.
The photo bottom right is inside a link but the link goes nowhere.
CNY News "Cheerleader ..." nicely illustrates a problem. Using hover on a menu to change bold or font can cause an issue if in one state the line splits differently than in the other state. Hover over cheerleader and its one line, move mouse away and its 2 lines. Hover 'should' not change the width or height characteristics of the text being hovered. Change color or background but never border / font / weight / margin / padding / size. ('Should' = Its one of my rules I learned the hard way.)
