iv'e been putting together a new site design. it's supposed to look like this -->> http://www.katzidesign.com/katz/katz_new.jpg
and i've gotten as far as this ->> http://katzidesign.com/katz/index9.htm

and as you can see, i'm running into problems
1] the left nav dissappears in ie 5+ on a mac. as does the footer links
2] in mozilla, the left nav has a 1px white line on two rollovers
3] my top rollovers are not spaced out
4] i'd like all vertical grey lines to touch the horizontal footer grey
5] i'd like all the grey lines to be the same thickness
6] the grey icons for the ul need to be lowered. is this possible?
and anything else you can see, please throw it at me.
