You know what it's like - the more you look at something the harder it is to see. Well I have looked and looked and cannot see why these columns do not go in the right places!
http://www.idealweddingplanner.co.uk I have stripped it down to the bare stuff in order to try and sort this problem out.

It is probably something really simple and somthing really stupid that I've done! Grateful for any help!

Don't pad major major
Don't pad major major elements, along with width declarations; you are adding to the overall width, always be aware of your box model.
In this instance why are you floating #main? try just adding left margin equal or slightly greater than the left column width and remove any width on #main, also you don't need to be setting overflow hidden everywhere.

I tend to only worry about the major major elements , as major elements tend to be of a lower consequence, although mini minor majorish type elements can also present problems as can majorly minorish elements although being a minorish offset by a majorish one usually means that they will level out to minor minor majorical.

:? looks the same? no majorish or indeed minorih change, perhaps you just performed the minor minor minorish one which is fairly advanced stuff.

What do you mean it looks the same - it's a duck!
Log out and log back in again. Though I did that last night after I'd changed it, and it hadn't changed and I logged in to answer here and there it was! Mihir and Tony were having more trouble than Flash Gordon's sister last night.

I did! I did!! And it worked!
Oooh! Well not anymore it
:blushing: Oooh! Well not anymore it isn't. I'm very confused. Last night it told me my changes had been saved but didn't actually show the change to the duck.
Today at work I logged on briefly and there was the duck! Hence my comment above.
I just went to my account to change it back to the daisy and the daisy beat me to it - it was there.
I think Mr Tony did it. Either that or the forum ghost.

Hmm, I'm seeing what might pass for a duck on a foggy moonless night.
I checked with animation on. At least it doesn't creep me out as did that Audrey II wannabe.
cheers,
gary

Aaaw...be nice Gary. I thought it was a very friendly little duck
But it's gone again and now I'm back to blockhead and I haven't done anything!
Can anyone else see the duck?

ROFL! No it doesn't move - I'm keeping my wiggly duck for later. But be careful....Audrey is watching!!!
EDIT/ Oops! No Blockhead was in preview mode but Daisy's on the forum my end - I shall check at work again today :?
Are you getting the cached
Are you getting the cached avatar? I had to do a forced refresh the first time.

Well yes, I did! I just
Well yes, I did! I just force refreshed and there's the duck! But how can that be? When I close FF it supposedly clears everything - I've got all the boxes ticked. :? How come it's giving me the new bits of the thread but the old pictures when the script must say "here, use this new picture"
