This page looks great until I mose over the navigation in IE. Then the whole navigation bar jumps three quarters of the way across the page. When I enlarge the page just to the point where there is a horizontal scroll bar, the navigation goes back to where it should be. That is, until I mouse over it again. this is on the current version of IE for windows.
On an earlier version of IE, the naigation STARTS OUT in the center of the page, on top of the center column, and as I enlarge and reduce the window size, the navaigation methodically moves back and forth across the page. What gives?
Is this because I used absolute poisition for "li ul"
