hi. this is my first post here.
i am learning CSS, and am workin on coloring alternate rows, and wondering why this html file (see attachment) renders differently in Netscape and Explorer.

here is my CSS code:

<style type="text/css">
<!--
.odd {
	background-color: lightgrey;
	}

.even {
	background-color: yellow;
	}

table {
	border: 1px solid black;
	border-spacing: 0;
	}

td {
	padding: 4px 6px;
	border: 1px solid black;
	}

-->
</style>

Coloring Alternate Rows

To increase chance of getting help, I find it useful to post screenshots of the problem, saves other people having to open multiple browsers to see what you're talking about.
