Seemingly a rather a simple one, but a real poser. I've looked at about a hundred examples of conditional statements *just to be sure* and the syntax seems proper. But try as I might I can't get the second stylesheet to apply. I've set a couple really garish styles in there for testing purposes and the sheet is clearly not being loaded.

Um.....wtf?
