yet another stupid IE problem

Been working more and more on a static footer on the bottom of the page, and finally found what i needed on listapart
Well, i got the page to work in Mozilla, but IE 6 screwed it up as always

can anyone tell me how to get rid of the 2px gap at the top? I can't have it there, since i plan to put an image there
