Hello,
I am trying to create a new css based on
http://www.456bereastreet.com/lab/developing_with_web_standards/csslayout/2-col/

I want to add a list of element on main div. I am using ul li for each element of the list. I used list-syle:none so that no bullets will be visible.

IE displays the list as expected. Not so in firefox. WHY, WHY WHY??? :curse:
Is driving me crazy. Thank for any help. I am out of ideas here.

you can look at the demo here
http://www.stccorp.net/test/test2.htm

thank you

If you add ul {list-style:

If you add

ul {list-style: none;}

at the end of your CSS file, the bullets disappear in Firefox as well. So double check your CSS.

Yes but ...

Yes but that will make all ul without bullet. This rule suppose to apply, right???

#main .dataset ul.features
{
margin:0;
padding:0;
list-syle: none; <------------------------HERE
font-family:"trebuchet ms",arial,sans-serif;

}

I found the problem, but why

I removed all unnecesary code and started to comment one line at a time.
If I comment margin:0 auto on wrap I loose the bullets. This makes NO SENSE. I put the simple example here
http://www.stccorp.net/test/test1.htm

#wrap { background:#99c; /*margin:0 auto;*/ width:750px; }

if you spell it correctly,

if you spell it correctly, it works Wink
also, use a complete doctype - your current one puts IE into quirks mode
