OK, I have a site with some minor modifications to be made to the front page before I progress. The only oe thats really bugging me at the moment is this:

Everything under "Explore your Business" (thats the template's div, unrelated to site) I have so that if you hover over it, the background color goes green.
How do I limit it to just changing background around the text, not all the way to the edge of the page?

http://doghousegifts.net/ is the site.

I tried adjusting pdding and margins....

Any help?
