hi, try Futura Bk without

hi,

try Futura Bk without the quotes. If Futura BK
isn´t "implemented" there´s no Futura BK.
Better is to suggest fonts like
Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, ... sans-serif...

lars

Quotes would be required to

Quotes would be required to contain a font name with spaces in.

Does 'Futura Bk' exist on your machine? if it doesn't it can't display, CSS has nothing to do with providing fonts just in stating which to use if available on the machine that has requested and parsed the page for display.

I don't have this font I would just see a substituted generic font. With font-family you are meant to state a range of preferred font faces to use as fall backs in case the first (or second) choice/s does not exist also you must lastly state the generic font that is to be used.

It is also an idea to ensure that the fonts you describe are also available on both Mac and Linux machines and if not state the equivalents.

Tried what? FF should read

Tried what?

FF should read the font just as happily as IE, but without really knowing what your code is doing elsewhere it's hard to help further.

Tag away

3dddream .. just paste your code in as normal and simply add a code tag at the very beginning of your code, and a closing code tag at the very end! Just like you would put paragraph text inbetween P tags, you put your entire code inside code tags!

Regardless of whether the

Regardless of whether the styles are in the CC stylesheets thus not readable by FF, I think you ought to take note of my remarks earlier regarding fonts.

Judging by your title tag and metas this is not a personal site, if you are coding professionally, then the use of fonts that will not be available on users OS is not sensible, as I said earlier I won't see them and just work of the body font styles. your not designing for yourself but for the masses.
