[Solved] Why won't this page validate?

Hi there,
I've just uploaded my site to my host and was re-checking the validation (everything checked out okay, cutting and pasting into the validator). Every page checkouts out except this one http://robster.freehostia.com/assignment/centralstorage.php.

I get a bizarre error message as follows:

'Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 55, 69, 71 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8'

Line 55 is the last line of code and just the closing 'html' tag. There difinitely isn't a line 69 or 71.

Any clues, because it's kind of irritating
