I am trying to move our website from table to CSS design because the current code is awful. I'll probably be criticised for having divitis but this is the best I could do with my limited knowledge.

I've nearly got there and it displays great in IE7, Firefox, Safari (almost) and Opera but in IE6 the logo image in the top left hand corner gets an invisible border on the right and bottom which pushes the design out of shape.

This can be seen at http://www.jeclark.co.uk/wurth/new/index.html

I completely rewrote the page again from scratch and changed the logo to a background image. This gets rid of the border on the bottom of the image but the border on the right remains.

This rewrite (which is the version I'd like to continue using) is at: http://www.jeclark.co.uk/wurth/new/new.html

I'm pretty stuck now and would appreciate any ideas. I've tried various suggestions but nothing has been successful! With 48% of our visitors using IE6 at the minute I can't proceed if I can't sort this out.

Also in Safari the menu roll-overs are a pixel too small vertically (presumably the font size is slightly different causing this). I can't find a way to make these the same size in every browser.

Thanks for any help
