Hello,
I just wanted to express that as I enter the world of Web Development and begin to practise my new skills in CSS and Web Accessibility, I am grateful to know there is somewhere I can go where experienced, and friendly experts are willing to help and offer advice at no charge!
It seems incredible to me that I can post a link up here with a problem, then someone will really look at it and spend some of their own time on it before advising me how I might rectify my issue. The site is a great resource and my gratitude goes out to everyone who gets involved with this forum.
On my part I have a while before I am in a position to assist anyone else confidently, but I do intend too eventually. So for now I just wanted to say thank you.

Stick at it and you'll get there. I found troubleshooting other people's problems was actually a good way to learn about this stuff because it makes you encounter ways of doing things and problems you might not have come across by yourself.
