If I set an 900px wide div to the center of the screen, can I still somehow have negative margins on it, so that the horizontal scroll is visible only starting from 700 pixels wide screens?
This way I could have 100px of decorations on both sides of the main content area, but they would not mess up the view in 800*600 resolution.
Any ideas?
