I am posting a link to a website I have created - in the hope of constructive criticism. Any advice on the css appreciated as I still am a newbie in creating css websites.
I only have a few browsers here to check it on so any glitches please post them.
p.s. the dark colouring was requested by the client so that cannot be changed
Not bad! Two immediate
Two immediate things I'd fix:
1) the copyright notice needs to be less obtrusive. I'd make the font-size a tad smaller and the colour darker.
2) the JPEG compression on http://www.errolfisher.com/images/front.jpg makes the curved radius look bad. Either resave the jpeg with a higher quality (lower compression) or use a PNG
of all the free css based

©<?php echo date('Y'); ?> Errol Fisher for the copyright.

Thanks for the input...yes that image could be better optimised thanks. Will try it again.
Deuce, as for the dates listed and the photo gallery it didn't occur to me to do it differently!...guess I still have a way to go to get away from the older ways of table based design!!
I will implement these updates,

it's a LIST of dates, I would suggest using a <ul> list
and check out http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menu/index.html for some neat css galleries, and there are tons more out there if you search for them.
Find something a bit more eye popping then just a bland layout of pictures.
Hi Deuce thanks for the
thanks for the link, there are some great dynamic photo galleries right enough, will try some out.
I figured you meant an unordered list
