I'm creating stationery for Outlook express and have a baseline aliging div where the signature is.

The problem is, that when the window is rescaled, the text floats out of place and doesn't "stick" to the bottom of the screen.

The rules I am using are these :

I've tried to keep it as simple as possible, but for some reason, if I add a couple of screens of text, the footer won't place itself at the bottom of the mail. Sad

#NameEtc {
	text-align: left;
	vertical-align: text-top;
	margin-bottom: 0px;
	position: absolute;
	left: 166px;
	bottom: 32px;
	z-index: 4;
	height: 64px;
	width: 256px;
}
a:link {
	color: #0099FF;
}
a:hover {
	color: #000066;
	background: #CCFFFF;
}
-->
</style>
<style type="text/css">

#Message {
	color: #000033;
	background: #F0FEFF;
	margin: 5px 5px 192px;
	padding: 12px;
	width: 512px;
	border: 1px dashed #0099CC;
	position: absolute;
	text-align: center;
	left: 20%;
	filter: DropShadow(Color=#3333ff, OffX=5, OffY=5, Positive=1);
	z-index: 2;
	bottom: 50px;
